These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pest Signal Co. website (pestsignalco.com) and services ("Service"). By using the website, requesting a report, or engaging our Service, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
Pest Signal Co. sets up and runs a managed lead-response system for pest control companies in the client's own name. The Service includes automatic missed-call text-back, two-way texting (hosted on the client's existing phone number where the number is eligible for hosted messaging, or via a dedicated business texting number where it is not), automatic follow-up with leads until they book or decline, and automated review requests sent after completed jobs. Onboarding is a one-time phone configuration on our side, including conditional call forwarding of unanswered calls and, where applicable, an authorization (LOA) for hosted messaging on the client's number. The client's phone number and voice service are never changed or ported. The Service does not require any changes to the client's website. A webchat widget for the client's website is available as an optional add-on and is not part of the core Service.
Free website report
Any free report or audit we provide is for informational purposes. It reflects our review at a point in time and is not a guarantee of results, rankings, or revenue.
Pricing and payment
- $497 setup. A one-time setup fee begins the Service.
- $149 per month after setup, unless a different rate is agreed in writing.
- Lead guarantee: if the Service does not capture at least 10 new leads in your first 30 days, your monthly fee is waived until it does.
- No long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; fees already due remain payable.
Your responsibilities
- You represent that you own or are authorized to modify the website where the snippet is installed, and you authorize us to install it.
- You are responsible for responding to and closing the leads the Service delivers.
- You agree to use the Service and any homeowner information you receive lawfully, including complying with applicable marketing, calling, and texting laws.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to catch leads your site is currently losing, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pest Signal Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Intellectual property
The Service, including our software, snippet, report templates, and website content, remains our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the snippet on your authorized website while your engagement is active.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time. On termination, we will remove or disable the snippet on request, and any fees earned before termination remain due.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
